Mailbox Slots & Creating AI Mailboxes

Before creating any mailboxes, you must purchase mailbox slots. Mailbox slots act as the link between your domains and mailboxes, and each slot can hold one mailbox. This requirement cannot be bypassed.

Slots are flexible and can be reallocated across any of your purchased domains. Each slot has a monthly charge.

Purchasing Mailbox Slots

To purchase mailbox slots:

1. Go to the Overview tab.

2. Click Purchase under Mailbox Slots.

3. Adjust the number of slots using the “+” and “–” buttons or the toggle bar.

4. Click Purchase to confirm.

Creating Mailboxes

Once you have available slots, you can begin creating mailboxes. In the Active Mailboxes section, click Create.

💡 You can choose to create mailboxes manually or with AI.

Creating Mailboxes with AI

When using AI to create mailboxes:

• Select the domain or domains you want to use.

• Each domain can host up to three mailboxes, so availability depends on how many already exist.

• Set the number of mailboxes you want to create per domain.

• Click Next to name your mailboxes.

You can choose between two naming methods:

• Random: Generates mailboxes using random male and/or female names.

💡 You can regenerate any name by clicking the refresh icon.

• Predefined: Allows you to manually enter a name that will be used consistently across domains.

After clicking Auto Generate with AI, you’ll see a summary of the mailboxes. You can edit any entry, delete it, or add new ones manually using + Add Another Mailbox.

Once created, navigate to the Mailboxes tab to review all mailboxes. You can also create additional mailboxes directly from this tab using the same process.
