Using Sales Navigator URLs for data enrichment in CSV imports

We support CSV imports that include Sales Navigator URLs — and yes, the platform will attempt to enrich those URLs for company names and job titles. That said, there are a few important limitations worth knowing before you get started.

The enrichment process

When you upload a CSV file to your campaign, you can map your columns including a URL column during the import process. If a profile isn't found in our internal dataset, we run additional enrichment steps that may sometimes support Sales Navigator URLs.

A few things to keep in mind

We cannot guarantee a high match rate for Sales Navigator URLs because:

• Sales Navigator links are generally less reliable for enrichment compared to standard Social profile URLs

• Our database won't necessarily be able to return enriched contact data for every Sales Navigator URL

• Coverage may vary significantly depending on your specific dataset

Start with a test

Before processing your full dataset, we recommend testing with a sample CSV to evaluate the coverage and match rate you can expect. This will help you determine if this approach meets your client's data enrichment needs.
