Your account’s safety is our top priority. That’s why we’ve built our own Browser — a lightweight, secure tool that lets you view Social Profile pages without triggering alerts or restrictions from the platform.
Why Use the Browser?
Here’s how the Browser keeps your account protected while giving you full access:
Avoid Unnecessary Blocks: Viewing profiles through the Browser doesn’t create an active session, so the Social Platform won’t mistakenly flag or block your account.
Bypass Regional Restrictions: Access the Social Platform even if it’s blocked in your country.
Manual Login: Log in securely to your account right from the browser.
Minimal Disk Space: It’s lightweight and won’t slow down your computer.
Automatic Updates: The browser updates itself, so you’re always running the latest version.
Getting Started
Note: You can only log in through the browser if you have access to the Admin panel on the platform.
After installation, open the Browser and log in using your platform credentials.
Once logged in, the first thing you’ll see is the admin panel. From there, you can:
View and filter workspaces just like you do in the standard platform interface by clicking Filter in the top left corner.
Log in as a customer by selecting a workspace from the left-hand panel, choosing a Social Account you want to log in as from the Credentials list and clicking Login:
This lets you log in to your selected Social Account directly through the Social Platform interface and view profiles without the risk of triggering view limits or restrictions.
The Search function can be useful when browsing your sent invitations on the Social Platform and trying to locate a specific profile. Simply click the button and enter the name of the profile to find it quickly:
📌 Note: Sent invitations on the Social Platform are not displayed in chronological order. You might see older invitations on the first page, while more recent ones could appear on the last.
Once you're done browsing, you can go back to the Admin Panel by clicking this button in the top-left corner of the screen:
Click the same button to easily switch between the Admin Panel and the Social Platform.
You can also open the selected Social Account in your default browser by clicking Open in browser:
Additionally, you can manage the selected workspace, view detailed billing information, move Social Accounts, check account health, and add new users, just as you normally would in the Admin Panel.
