How to Configure Your Workspace Settings

In this article, we’ll guide you through the various settings that help you configure your workspace for optimal use.

To access your workspace settings, click the small drop-down arrow located in the top-right corner of your screen, then select Workspace Settings from the menu.

Once inside the workspace settings, you can easily switch between different sections using the sidebar located at the bottom left of the screen.

Basic Information

In this section, you can:

  • Upload a display picture for your workspace

  • Edit your workspace name

  • Toggle workspace-wide settings, including:

Deduplicate new profiles within workspace: This setting prevents duplicate prospect entries across social accounts within your workspace. For a detailed explanation, please see this article.

Verify prospects’ emails before sending: Control how thoroughly the system verifies email addresses before sending messages. Learn more in this article.

Require manual approval for all steps: Enable this toggle if you want to manually approve actions in your ongoing campaigns.

Don’t forget to click Save Changes to apply your updates!

Members

The Members tab lets you view all workspace members and manage their permissions (if you’re an admin). Here, you can also invite new users or update existing members’ roles.

Labels

Labels allow you to organize and customize your workspace by tagging prospects, templates, and customers. You can review current labels or create new ones here.

Appearance

Choose your preferred display layout: tabs on the left side or at the top of your screen. Feel free to try both and switch anytime based on what works best for you.

Tracking Domains

Create and manage your tracking domains in this section. Using tracking domains lets you replace generic links and video URLs in your emails with custom-branded links for better branding.

Here you can create, configure, edit, or delete your AI Employees.

Auto Labels

Auto Labels (AI-powered Labels) are automatically assigned to prospects based on their responses. You can activate or deactivate this feature in this section.
