While workspaces are designed for collaboration, some tools require individual access.
Sales Navigator subscriptions are tied to individual Social accounts and do not automatically extend to all accounts connected to a workspace. Each Social profile typically needs its own active subscription to access features like InMail, lead lists, and advanced search.
If your team is using a Sales Navigator Team or Enterprise plan, some collaborative features (like shared lead and account lists or TeamLink) are available. However, each team member must still have their own Social profile connected and assigned a seat within the corporate Sales Navigator plan.
In short: Sales Navigator is not shared across a workspace unless each person has their own assigned seat in a team or enterprise plan.
