Understanding the Trigger Filter in the Admin Panel

Updated this week

The admin panel displays all the workspaces you’ve connected. You can filter these workspaces by managers, labels, workspace status, brands, subscription tiers, notes, and triggers.

This article will focus on the Trigger filter and explain what each trigger means and how it can help you manage your workspaces better.

To access the filters, go to the Admin Panel, click Filters in the top left corner, and choose Triggers.

  • No Active Campaigns: Shows workspaces with social accounts that currently have no active campaigns running.

  • Run Out of Prospects: Displays workspaces with social accounts that have fewer than 50 profiles in the New status within any active campaign.

  • Disconnected Integrations: Shows workspaces with social accounts where the previously connected email integration has been disconnected.

  • Integrations Conflict: Displays workspaces with social accounts where the email integration currently used in a campaign has been disconnected.

  • No Sales Navigator: Shows workspaces with social accounts that have a Sales Navigator search included in any campaign, regardless of status (including completed searches). This indicates that a Sales Navigator subscription is required to execute campaign actions dependent on that search.

  • Pin Required: Displays workspaces with social accounts that require a PIN entry, where more than an hour has passed since the request was made.

  • Outreach Slow: Shows workspaces with social accounts where the average daily outreach over the last 7 days is more than 30% lower than the average daily outreach for the last 30 days.

  • Connection Requests Low: Displays workspaces with social accounts with an active campaign step to send connection requests, but the total number of connection requests sent in the last 7 days is more than twice lower than the average daily limit set in the account settings.

  • Emails Low: Shows workspaces with social accounts with at least one active campaign that includes an email step, where the total number of emails sent in the past week is less than half of the average daily limit. For example, if the daily limit is 90–110 (average 100), the trigger activates if fewer than 50 emails were sent in the last week.

  • Unread High: Displays workspaces with social accounts that have 20 or more unread conversations in the Inbox.

Note: All counters and triggers are recalculated once a day at 6 AM UTC, with a possible variance of ±1 hour. If trigger conditions change after approximately 7 AM UTC, the update will reflect on the following day.

Using the Trigger filter helps you quickly identify which workspaces need your attention and why. By monitoring these triggers, you can proactively manage your campaigns, integrations, and outreach efforts to keep everything running smoothly.
