GoHighLevel, also known as HighLevel, is a powerful all-in-one platform for marketing automation and CRM. It’s a popular choice for small businesses looking to streamline client management, lead generation, and campaign execution — all in one place.
We’ve made it easy to integrate with HL so you can access the full interface directly within HL, without the hassle of switching between platforms.
Note: This guide does not cover connecting existing workspaces to HL. Connecting to HL will automatically generate a new workspace for your account on our platform.
How to Connect Your Account to HL
Log in to your GoHighLevel account.
Navigate to Settings > Custom Menu Links > Create New.
3. A pop-up form will appear with several fields:
Icon: Choose any icon you like.
Link Title: This will be the name of the tab in your sidebar. (e.g., “Test”)
URL: Use the following URL format:
https://<app_domain>/auth/integration/third-party-login?ghl_location_id={{location.id}}&ghl_user_email={{user.email}}&ghl_session_key={{user.sessionKey}}
👉 Replace <app_domain> with your White Label domain.
Example: If your domain is custom.test.com, your link will be:
https://custom.test.com/auth/integration/third-party-login?ghl_location_id={{location.id}}&ghl_user_email={{user.email}}&ghl_session_key={{user.sessionKey}}
4. Scroll down and configure the additional settings as needed.
5. Click Save to finish setup.
❗️Note: If you're adding this link to a sub-account, switch to that sub-account after saving to see the new sidebar tab.
Connecting Your Interface
Enter Agency view and choose the sub-account you added the link to.
2. Click the new tab you created.
3. You’ll see a Connect button — click it.
4. A prompt will appear requesting permissions for LeadUpdates. Review them, then click Next.
5. Choose the sub-account you'd like to log in with.
6. The page will refresh, and you’ll see the full interface.
Pushing Prospects to HL
You can now push prospects directly from the Prospect tab into HL:
Select the prospects you want to move.
Click Push to Contacts.
A confirmation pop-up will appear once the transfer is complete.
How to Invite a User to Your Workspace
With HL workspaces, you can’t add a user using the standard “Invite user” option.
If you try, you’ll see this error:
How to add a user
You will need to gain access to your HL sub-account. Once you have that, you can create a new user or add an existing one to the workspace.

Connecting a Separate Workspace to HL
