If you want to transfer your workspace to another white label, there are a couple of things to keep in mind before doing so.
First of all, let’s go over how to transfer your workspace. To do this, you need to have Admin rights. You can learn more about roles and permissions in this article.
If you are an Admin, head to the Admin Panel, click Manage under your workspace’s name, and then choose Move to Another White Label.
Important: When you, as an Admin, transfer your workspace to a different white label, your user brand will also change along with the workspace’s brand.
To avoid this, the workspace creator role will have to be assigned to someone else before transferring. That way, your user brand stays the same after the move. Please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
