How Calendly Access Works (User-Wide Integration)
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Before you start sharing links, it helps to understand one small detail that can save a lot of confusion later: Calendly is connected at the user level. That means it follows you — not a specific Social Account — and it also affects how it works across workspaces and teammates.
Don’t worry, it’s simple once you see it laid out, and this article explains it in plain language.
💡 Key rules to know:
Calendly connects to your entire user account, not a single Social Account.
If you’re in multiple workspaces, the integration is available to you across those workspaces.
Other users in your workspace don’t automatically get access to your Calendly integration.
🔁 Switching to a different Calendly account
If you connected the wrong Calendly account:
Disconnect the current Calendly account.
Reconnect using Incognito/Private mode to avoid login/session conflicts.
👥 Can multiple users connect the same Calendly account?
No. A Calendly account can only be connected to a single platform user at any given time. If a Calendly account is already linked to one user, it must be disconnected before it can be linked to another user.
