What does "Steps Only" mean for a campaign?

You may notice a “Steps Only” label next to one of your campaigns. This means the campaign is still running its steps for prospects already enrolled, but it isn’t currently searching for or adding new prospects.

What happens when a campaign is in “Steps Only” mode?

Existing prospects can continue moving through the campaign sequence as usual, and their scheduled steps will be executed normally.

New prospects won’t be added to the campaign because the prospect search isn’t currently active. This can happen when the search is paused, has finished, is missing, or otherwise isn’t running.

How can I see why prospect search isn’t active?

Simply hover over the “Steps Only” label next to the campaign name. A tooltip will show you more information about the campaign’s current search status and why new prospects aren’t being added.
