Campaign Settings: Track Link Clicks & Track Emails Opened

Tracking link engagement and email opens gives you valuable insight into what content resonates with your prospects, so you can better understand interest levels and refine your messaging accordingly.
Track Link Clicks
When Track Link Clicks is enabled:
All links (except for those redirecting to video content) that get added to the steps containing text become customized. This means the links will appear differently to the recipient than they do in the original step.
If Link Tracking is enabled, the links sent from the campaign will be modified according to the following logic:
If a tracking domain is configured, links will use that domain
If not, they will default to Qclickqclick.cc/xxxxx
Message Click Rate and Email Click Rate metrics are tracked. You can check out the statistics in the drop-down menu of the campaign as well as in the detailed report via the Reports tab.
When Track Link Clicks is disabled, the links are not customized, and the metrics mentioned above are not tracked.

If the Track Link Clicks setting in the campaign is activated and the workspace has an associated tracking domain, the links sent out from the campaign will be modified according to the domain settings.
If Track Link Clicks is deactivated and a tracking domain is linked to the workspace, the links will remain unaltered, except in cases involving video links if it was considered during the configuration of the tracking domain.
That also includes video content if the respective option is ticked off in the tracking domain settings.
Track Emails Opened
By enabling this setting, you can monitor how many of your sent emails have been opened by prospects. The statistics are accessible both in Prospect Activity and in the detailed report available under the Reports tab.

You can also filter your Inbox to show dialogs based on opened emails. Simply go to Inbox > Filter > Statistics > Opened Emails. This will display conversations with prospects who have opened at least one email you have sent.
