How to Star Emails

Starring emails is only available for mailboxes connected through the native Gmail integration.

To star an email, open the message you’d like to star and click the small star icon under the profile picture:

Your action will sync with your Gmail mailbox, and the star will be visible there as well. Please note, however, that starring emails directly in Gmail will not sync back to the platform.
